H.C. Wainwright Initiates Equity Research Coverage of Hadron Energy Less Than Five Months After Nasdaq Listing

Hadron Energy, Inc. (Nasdaq: HDRN) (“Hadron” or the “Company”), a publicly traded developer of light-water micro-modular nuclear reactor technology, today announced that H.C. Wainwright & Co., LLC (“H.C. Wainwright”) has initiated equity research coverage of the Company. The initiation report, titled “Highlighting an Overlooked Nuclear Play Positioned to be a Regulatory Frontrunner,” was published on October 19, 2026, by analysts Sameer Joshi and Amit Dayal. A copy of it can be obtained by contacting H.C. Wainwright directly.

The coverage comes less than five months after Hadron began trading on Nasdaq on May 26, 2026, following the completion of its business combination with GigCapital7 Corp. generating about $31m in proceeds with zero debt. H.C. Wainwright is the first investment bank to initiate research coverage of Hadron. Independent research coverage gives institutional and individual investors an additional source of analysis on the Company and the micro-modular reactor market, and expands Hadron’s visibility within the investment community.

“Securing research coverage from a firm like H.C. Wainwright within our first five months as a public company is an important step in telling Hadron’s story to a broader set of investors,” said Sam Gibson, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Hadron Energy. “Since our listing, we have kept our focus on execution: advancing Halo through the NRC’s pre-application process, building our engineering team and lining up the partners we need to manufacture and fuel our reactor. We welcome independent analysis of our progress, and we look forward to continuing to deliver on the milestones ahead.”

Key Themes in H.C. Wainwright’s Initiation Report

As described by H.C. Wainwright in its report, the firm’s investment thesis on Hadron centers on the following themes:

Proven reactor light-water technology in a compact and modular form factor. The report notes that Halo adapts established pressurized light-water reactor technology into a 10 MWe / 45 MWth factory-built micro-modular reactor, drawing on decades of commercial operating experience and an existing nuclear supply chain.

H.C. Wainwright highlights the NRC’s familiarity with light-water reactor technology and points to the NRC’s acceptance of Hadron’s Quality Assurance Program Description in June 2026 as an early regulatory milestone.

The report describes Halo’s multiple layers of containment and protection and its below-grade, reactor-in-a-pool configuration designed for passive decay heat removal. Halo is designed to use conventional low-enriched uranium, the same class of fuel used by every operating U.S. reactor, with a roughly six-year refueling cycle.

H.C. Wainwright cites Hadron’s collaborations with Paragon Energy Solutions on instrumentation and controls, ConverDyn on uranium conversion services and GSE Solutions on a full-scope training simulator.

The report references Hadron’s memorandum of understanding with Smartland Energy and highlights demand from data centers, military installations, industrial facilities and remote communities for compact, behind-the-meter power.
